Live in female landlord seeking mature female professional for a lovely fully furnished double room that comes with its own separate bathroom and toilet. The property was newly decorated 2 years ago and the spare guest room has hardly been used - it is as new. It is fully furnished with all working appliances, kitchen is fully equipped with all cutlery, pots, pans etc. The Room is fully furnished with bed, built in wardrobe and a large shelving unit. All bed linen is included if needed (pillows, duvets, sheets, covers). Table and chair can also be provided if needed. All bills are included in the rent (council tax, water, electricity, internet). Deposit is one months rent. Looking for a FEMALE only. Ideally someone friendly, polite, considerate, clean and tidy, good with paying rent on time. Must stress the importance of cleanliness and tidiness. STRICTLY NO ALCOHOL OR MEN ALLOWED in property due to religious reasons, so please bear this in mind if this is an issue for you. No smoking allowed inside the property, if you do smoke there is a balcony.

The flat is located in a lovely, quiet residential area. There is a bus stop immediately in front of the property that takes you straight to Barking Tube Station in 5 mins. Otherwise its a 15 min walk to the station. It is 3 stops to Fenchurch Street station on the C2C. Or you can get the District or Hammersmith and City line into the City. It is 4 minutes to West Ham and then 7 minutes on Jubilee Line to Canary Wharf. The tubes are every couple of minutes and the C2C comes every 4 minutes in the morning. Alternatively if you drive there is plenty of car parking. It is really easy to get to Westfield shopping centre in Stratford, Canary Wharf, the city or to take the train to the Essex coast on lovely sunny days. It is a 5 min walk away from all local amenities, the co-op supermarket, shops, butchers, post office etc. Property is within walking distance of local parks.
