I have a large double room to rent with it's own full bathroom for the tenants exclusive use. The room is in a modern, two bedroom apartment which is part of a new development built just over 1 year ago. The room has recently been furnished with brand new stuff. New bed, mattress, duvet, sheets, pillows, wardrobe, bedside tables and chest of drawers. I'm happy to provide a desk if required. Clean bedding and towels provided each week and the apartment has a weekly cleaner. Modern kitchen with dishwasher, double oven, microwave and Nespresso machine all available to use. Washer/Dryer, iron etc available whenever you need. I am looking for a professional individual, male or female who is respectful, tidy and friendly. I want someone to feel right at home and use the flat to its fullest extent, a home from home for you. I'm easy going, cook most nights.
