We have a spacious double room to rent in a 2 bed ground flat in Brixton hill. The room is double size and fully furnished with cupboard space, desk and shelving. The room comes with linen and the rent includes weekly washing of bed linen and towels. The flat has a comfortable lounge, kitchen, bathroom with a separate shower and bath, and an outside area. The flat has a washing machine, Sky TV, basement (lots of storage) and a well equipped kitchen. Bit about us...we are Jess and Matt. Jess, 25yr works in Talent Resourcing and Matt, 29yr is an architect. Matt and I are a couple, however very sociable, we do lots of things as a house. We are both South African and are looking for a friendly, clean flatmate. Please get in touch if you would like to come view. We would preferably like a reference from your previous house.

The area couldn't be better. We are situated between Clapham Common and Brixton. Either stations are less than 10 minutes away and offer easy transport links into Central London.
