Quiet double room available for one person in a lovely 3 bed house in a quiet and leafy residential street in Plumstead (London borough of Greenwich). The room is at the back of the house and overlooks a garden. The room has a double bed, 1 wooden wardrobe, and 1 antique desk. You would be sharing the house with me, the owner, a 50 year old French female working (from home) in the art world and occasionally my adult son. We are a friendly family but obviously busy so I am looking for a considerate, quiet, clean and tidy lodger. We speak French and English. The house is 3 minutes away from the common, perfect for a morning jog and evening walks. It is close to shops and amenities. We are fully vaccinated and I do not smoke. I am looking for a similar lodger. Excellent transport links (see below). Off street parking available.

There are excellent transport links (Plumstead rail 10 minutes walk), 20 minutes to London Bridge, 30 minutes to Charing Cross, 10 minutes by bus from Woolwich for DLR links for Canary Wharf and Bank and 30 minutes by bus to Greenwich town centre. We are about 10 minutes bus ride away from the Elizabeth line Woolwich Arsenal station (8 minutes to Canary Wharf, 20 minutes to Tottenham Court Road and Bond Street).
