Nice double room in an Edwardian 3 bedroom house with garden. I am an interior stylist and live between my house and my partners house in Wheathampstead. I am lookiing for a professional female to rent my room Monday to Friday. You would share the house with one other professional female (nursery teacher) and me occasionally. The house is very well situated for transport links a good commute into central London - only 20 minutes to Moorgate and 24 minutes to Kings Cross. We are zone 3. A cleaning service and fresh bed and towels can be provided. All bills included except telephone. Double bed, chest of drawers, clothes rail, computer desk - TV if required. The house has a dishwasher, washing machine, TV, DVD.

Rent negotiable for the right lodger.

Will consider 7 nights.

The house is situated in a quiet pretty tree lined road, 5 minute walk to nice local pub Maid Of Muswell, cafes and shops. We are on Muswell Hill boarders and can walk through the park by the boating lake into the centre of Muswell Hill in about 20 minutes. Great spa gym The Laboritory in Alexanda Park. Muswell Hill Broadway has great shops, Whistles, White Stuff, Space NK, Mint Velvet, shoe shops, cafes and restaurants. The park has a Farmers Market every Sunday and is great for running, cycling, bootcamp and the historic building Alexanda Palace with its amazing views hosts great events - concerts, exhibitions. Walking distance to Alexandra Palace main line station and Bounds Green Tube staion is a 10 minute walk Piccadilly Line (zone 3.) Free non restricted parking in the road. Also have a nice garden.
