We are renting out a bedroom in our flat from Mon-Fri (or Sun-Thurs, etc) and it is available now.
This is a fantastic canalside flat, about 5 min walk from Haggerston Station but also with even nearer access to buses that will go almost anywhere in London. Its also about 20 min walk to Liverpool Street and the same to Old Street. Islington and Moorgate are also walkable commutes. If you have questions about your commute, please ask.
The flat itself is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom flat. There are two balconies that face onto the canal basin and courtyard- its a very quiet flat without any roads nearby. The flat is very modern and has all the possible accessories you would expect: wifi, tv, full set of kitchen appliances, dishwasher, washing machine, etc. The room is furnished with a bed and bedside table, and a bookcase and desk. You can leave belongings in the room over the weekends.
You will have sole access to a separate bathroom with toilet/bath/shower.
We are a mid-30s professional couple with long commutes out of London ourselves, and dont spend much time in the flat during the week, so the flat will seem like a one-bed flat to you during the week.
Bills are included: weekly cleaner, wifi, etc.
Non-smokers only, no pets (sorry).
