Full Description

Double room with gorgeous views over London. Newly decorated and furnished room with new double bed and mattress, plenty of shelving and a massive walk in wardrobe with tons of storage space. The flat has a newly-replaced contemporary bathroom suite with a rain-head shower, large bath and heated towel rail. There is a modern, open-plan kitchen with all amenities - oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine etc. - and the living room has two large leather couches, a leather chair, a dining table with two chairs and access to the balcony with south-facing views over London. The flat is shared with one other person - a quiet, female professional writer who works from home most days; the room is available to professionals who work during the day, for a rental of up to five nights per week. All bills (heat, electricity, high-speed broadband wifi etc.) are included in the rent; one month’s rent needed as deposit and references will be required.

The flat is on the top (2nd) floor of a small, peaceful block right next to Parkland Walk nature sanctuary and has a south-facing balcony with amazing 180° views across the whole of London. It's in a lovely neighbourhood: 5 mins from Crouch End village with cafes, restaurants, bars, cinema, gym, swimming pool, library, supermarkets etc, and about 8 mins from Stroud Green area, which leads into Finsbury Park. Being on the top of a hill means that not only are the views awesome, but the air is clean and it's very quiet, so you can get a restful night's sleep. It's on the zone 2/3 border, a few minutes' walk from Crouch End Overground (Gospel Oak to Barking; connections to Richmond to Stratford) and Harringay mainline (Hertford to Old Street/Moorgate); 15-20 mins walk or a short bus ride to Finsbury Park underground (Victoria & Piccadilly tube lines), Finsbury Park mainline (Kings Cross to Cambridge/Peterborough/Welwyn Garden City) and bus station with routes direct to the City and West End; and it's 20-25 mins walk or a short bus ride to Archway underground (Northern line tube).
