*Double room with plenty of storage space, in a newly redecorated, light and airy Victorian conversion, with excellent transport links. price negotiable for the right person / no of nights staying* We are a professional couple in our early 30s, looking for a friendly, tidy, professional to rent the second bedroom during the working week. The flat is a brilliant home, with a large kitchen/living room with loads of natural light, a shared bathroom and access to a large back garden. This is a great place for someone who needs a clean and comfortable place to relax and get a good nights sleep while working in London. You would often have the place to yourself. The dishwasher, washing machine, Sky TV, pots and pans and crockery are all available for you to use. All bills are covered in the rent, including a cleaner who comes every 2 weeks. There is plenty of space to store stuff over the weekend and we would be open to agreeing the occasional weekend stay if needed.

Excellent transport links in all directions! Just 7 mins walk from Dalston Junction / Kingsland Overground & many buses down to the City and Shoreditch in 15 mins. A 5 min bus or 15 min walk in the opposite direction gets you to Highbury Corner with Victoria line. Northern line also easily accessible from Old Street or Angel, both around 15 mins by bus. You can get to major stations like Bank, Oxford Circus and Kings Cross in 20-25 mins or less. Newington Green is round the corner and has excellent shops (e.g. a famous greengrocer open til 9/10pm every day and French bakery), chemists, newsagents and lots of nice cafes/restaurants. There are plenty of good corner shops within 1 min from flat that have good quality essentials and Tesco Express at Dalston and Newington Green too.
