I'm looking for a Female Mon-Fri lodger to occupy my Light, airy and clean ensuite (bath/shower) room in my 2 bed house in Bracknell. I'm a friendly and tidy person looking for someone similar. The arrangement will suit a professional looking for an comfortable, clean and tidy place to stay during the week, with great amenities- close to local shops, 5 minutes drive to the station with trains to Waterloo running regularly. 20 minutes drive to Reading close to M3 and M4. The house is situated on a road that is quiet, friendly and close knit. I have 2 very friendly and cuddly cats that aren't allowed in bedrooms. They are happy to be fussed over or ignored! All bills including superfast wifi are included.

5 minute drive to the station, bus stop at the top of the road. Local Gym is situated 5 minutes drive, as is the local supermarket. A co-op a short walk away, south hill park (a beautiful open green area lovely for walks and picnics) 2 minutes walk away. Close to the M3 and M4. Safe, pretty and quiet road.
