I have a double room in my modern home, available from August. It is a very quiet location just outside Wokingham and Bracknell. With all the luxuries of a hotel but the comfort of a home. The room has a view of the garden. You will have your own private bathroom with a bath and a shower. The room has lots of storage and a very comfortable bed. The house is four years old and very well maintained. I have a cleaner and I love to cook. I will provide all your bedding and towels if you wish. You can have full access to my kitchen and lounge. There is a Sky HD package with WiFi. All other bills are included. I am very friendly and easy going and hope to find someone similar.

The house is on Jennets Park which is at the bottom of the A329M. It is very easy to get to the M3 and M4. It takes just over an hour to get the train to London or drive. Wokingham and Bracknell are under five minutes away. Jennets park is very quiet and there are lots of lovely walks from the house. The Peacock Farm pub is five minutes walk away.
