We are looking for a Monday to Friday let in our 3 bed flat near South Wimbledon tube station. My boyfriend works away in the week and so it will just be me in the flat most of the time. We are an easy going couple that have both lived in flat shares previously. Looking for someone as easy going as us. The room to let is a large bright double room that is fully furnished. It has a double bed, big wardrobe, chest of draws and a large book shelf. The flat has very fast broadband, TV, Sky, central heating throughout, a giant bathroom with separate shower and bath. The kitchen is well kitted out and has a breakfast bar with stools. The lounge is large with 2 sofas and an armchair. We also have a cleaner that comes once a fortnight (included in rent) to keep the communal space clean and tidy. All bills are included and a parking permit would be available on application to the council (previous tenants have done this with no problems). No pets, smokers or couples please

The flat is 5 mins walk from South Wimbledon tube, or 10-15mins from Wimbledon main station. There are buses that run from just outside the flat into wimbledon and Haydon's rd train station isn't far either. A Sainsbury's local is just round the corner as well as a good local pub. All of Wimbledon's restaurants / shops are a short walk away, so a great location.
