Quiet double room at the rear of the property overlooking a bright garden. Furnished with a brand new king sized bed with Hypnos mattress, a hanging rail, desk and storage unit. Shared large modern bathroom with bath and rainfall shower. Access to a fully furnished kitchen and living area. House is cleaned weekly by a professional cleaner. We can provide bed sheets/towel and change them weekly. Sharing with a young professional couple (late 20s/early 30s) who are sociable but respectful, and two kittens. Were looking to share our home 5 nights a week with someone similarly quiet, reasonable and friendly, who must be okay with cats!

House is located a 3 minute walk from Streatham Common Station, which has direct services to London Victoria (18 mins), Balham for London Underground (4 mins), Clapham Junction (10 mins), and Croydon (16 mins). The South Circular and A23 are easily accessed and there is plentiful on street permit free parking near the property. The shops, gyms, bars and restaurants of Streatham High Road are a short walk away. Tooting Bec and Streatham Common are easily accessed.
