Bright and spotless Ensuite Double studio Room for single occupancy available in friendly family home. Beautifully decorated with plenty of storage space. This is a completely private room at the top of the house with its own ensuite shower room with shower, sink and toilet. Self contained including fridge, microwave oven, Kettle, TV Freeview and WiFi. Cleaning once a week included and so are all bills. Use of the kitchen, washing machine and tumble dryer available. Our house is in a quiet residential road but is only a 5 minute walk to bus stops to the city and west end and is only 10/12 mins walk to East Finchley Tube station which is on the Northern Line. There is also free parking on the street. We are a friendly busy family with two children (17 and 20) and a sweet golden retriever dog. The house is beautifully decorated and clean. We are looking for a clean, non smoking professional who would like a peaceful relaxing environment to come home to!

East Finchley is a lively area with lots of local amenities including some great pubs, restaurants and cinemas and is well covered for trains and buses. We are very close to Hampstead, Highgate, Muswell Hill and Crouch End and are close to many open areas and parks including Kenwood, Highgate Woods and Hampstead Heath.
