Hi, I’m jayne I’m 32 , I live with my husband rich 37 and our son who’s 3 and our tiny pup woody.
We’re an easy going family and have lived in the house for just over 4 years . We work Monday to Friday I tend to work long hours and often weekends too. The weekend I’m not working we either visit family up north, meet up with friends etc
We’ve had a lodger for 3 years and it’s be brilliant we’ve all got on well etc he unfortunately is leaving next month due to his work commitments.
We’re looking for someone who’s easy going , clean and tidy and considerate of others .
The house and room
We live in a quiet street with free parking , we’re literally a two minute drive to M25 , 5 minuets to M3
15/20 minuets to Heathrow , 15 min walk to Addlestone train station . 10 minuets to St. Peter’s hospital
We’re close to local amenities also !
Within 30 minuets you can get to , Guildford, Walton, camberley, Richmond, etc
The house has a good size front garden and back garden the back has seating, bbq, a shed which houses a fridge and freezer, and tumbler dryer . (For your use)
The house has a down stairs loo, large living room, large dining room and kitchen , which had a. Fridge freezer. Washing machine , dishwasher , induction hob double oven , and an impressive collection absolute vodka and one too man cookery books .
Three bedrooms and one bathroom upstairs , your room is a double room that’s fully furnished , but if you have your own furniture then we can arrange for you to use that instead .
The room has a small single wardrobe and two small chest of drawers . Has a lovely big window very bright and airy room .
