Light double room with peaceful view over garden plus use of kitchen in a quiet peaceful house in a leafy tree lined street in conservation area. We are a professional couple in our 50s, both working in media/arts. We are looking for 4 night a week lodger, quiet and self contained but also happy to chat over supper if we are all around. On street parking. There is a cat in residence too.

Lively area in zone two with great transport links into city and west end from Denmark Hill and Peckham Rye (Canada Water 15 mins, London Bridge 10 mins, Victoria 10 mins). 7 minutes walk to stations plus several local buses. Fantastic cinema and local shops, local swimming pools and gyms, close to Kings College Hospital and local parks.
