Quiet, garden facing double room in 3 bed semi-detached house in residential road - would suit a professional female who wishes to be close to amenities. As a lodger you would have shared use of the lounge, dining room, kitchen, bathroom and landscaped garden. There is a separate downstairs loo and laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Rent includes utility bills, council tax and broadband. I am a female professional working full-time weekdays in a school 8:30 - 5pm. I'm out some evenings doing yoga, eating in restaurants, at the cinema, seeing friends or trying to run! The only other occupant is a black and white cat. Please message me to request a viewing.
