We have a spacious double room available Monday-Friday for a quiet and respectful (non-smoking) professional female lodger in our home in Chiswick. This arrangement would be ideal for commuters and would suit somebody who likes their privacy and enjoys a quiet house. There are two other friendly professional women in the house (in their mid-thirties). The arrangement is on a room only basis with access to a shared bathroom and kitchen for quick and easy meals. The house is a Victorian terrace on a quiet street and the room available is a good sized, bright and airy double room at the back of the house. The room is furnished with a double bed, bedside table, TV, lamp, hangers, clothes horse etc and built-in wardrobes with plenty of storage space. There is also good quality bedding (sheets, pillows, duvet etc) available. We offer a friendly, clean, quiet and well-taken care of environment and in return are looking for a lodger who is discreet, considerate, respectful and pays rent on time. General cleaning and maintenance of the house is taken care of but lodgers are responsible for keeping their room clean and tidy and cleaning up after themselves in the kitchen. Please also note that no guests are allowed. The rent is £500.00pcm for a Mon-Fri arrangement. We are however, flexible and will consider any other ad-hoc arrangements (Sunday eve-Thursday morning rents etc). We would also consider a short-term let. ALL BILLS are included as are general household products and there is access to fast wireless fibre broadband. The security deposit is one months rent and the room is available from 10 January 2019. Parking restrictions are enforced Monday-Friday 9.30am-5.30pm but it is fine to park outside of these times.

The house is well located near Chiswick Park station (4 min walk), Turnham Green station (8 min walk) and South Acton Overground station (4 mins walk) as well as all the shops, bars and cafes that Chiswick High Road has to offer. The house is only a 10 minute walk from Chiswick Business Park, Sainsbury’s, Waitrose and Marks & Spencer’s and Acton Green is practically at the end of the street. It also has easy access to the A4, M4 and North Circular and good bus links including the 94 to Piccadilly Circus, 27 to Chalk Farm and 391 to Fulham and Richmond.
