If you are a busy professional wanting a pied-a-terre, with all amenities, in Central London, during the working week - this is your home from home. My house is an original 1860s piano makers cottage - in a very quiet pedestrianised street in a conservation area at the Camden Town / Kentish Town border. Its so quiet, you wouldnt know you were in London! You have private use of the first floor of the house which consists of a large double room plus large adjacent bathroom. The decor of your rooms is very much vintage / art deco inspired. The bedroom has a comfy French vintage stye double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, chair, plus TV and Wifi. The spacious bathroom has a powerful shower with hot water 24/7. You are welcome to leave your clothes in your room at weekends and whatever else makes it feel like your home from home. The ground floor is a much more modern style - comprising of an open plan sitting room, dining area and kitchen which you are welcome to use. You will be sharing with me; a friendly, professional female in my fifties (I produce TV programmes and events) - so Im often away on business. Available Mon to Fri only (maximum 4 nights). Rent: £950 per month. Deposit: £500. Includes all bills (except telephone landline), wifi, and your rooms are serviced by a weekly cleaning lady.
