Large double bedroom in semi-Victorian family house with large garden. Friendly and easy going house to share with single mum (2 teenagers in 6th form with lots of extra-curriculum activities (football, Gym, Rugby or Horseriding or on their computers!). Looking for friendly person who does not mind pets as we also have a cat and a German shepherd. The bedroom has en suite bathroom and is of generous size with plenty of storage. There is a large very pleasant conservatory which is largely unused as children prefer the intimacy of their own bedroom. WIFI of course and any other facilities (i.e. Netflix on TV, washing machine, etc.). There is also parking near the house and safe place to keep a bike if required. Very flexible household. Train station close by near lovely Sutcliffe Park. Buses on doorsteps. High street not far away. 17 minutes to London Bridge. Trains going also to London Charing Cross, Victoria and Cannon Street so very convenient. Station can be accessed walking through the park. Lots of buses on the doorstep. Close to A2 and A20.
