Double bedroom available from mid June for working professional who needs a base in London during the week (Monday - Friday). Three bedroom maisonette type flat with roof terrace. The other two rooms and occupied by two girls in their 30s - an English artist/PA and an Italian receptionist. The room is furnished (double bed, chest of drawers, cupboard, bedside table, shelves with lots of storage space under the bed). The bathroom is shared with one of the other bedrooms, and is a shower room/laundry room. It is functional and clean, rather modern and sleek! The flat is cosy and quirky and brilliantly located. We are looking for a thoughtful, quiet, tidy person who does not mind a flat lacking in mod cons (although big tv!) but with lots of character and sharing with two girls who are artistic, cultured, hard working and love cooking.

A five minute walk from Victoria, and a ten minute walk from Sloane Square the flat is central and highly convenient for public transport. The Kings Road is great for shopping, and a short walk away is the Pimlico Road which has delicious restaurants and gastro pubs. Victoria itself has an abundance of restaurants, a very good Sainsburys and a wonderful farmers market in the Pimlico triangle. In terms of entertainment there are cinemas on the Kings Road, and the wonderful Royal Court Theatre in Sloane Square. Battersea Park is a 15 minute walk. All in all a perfect location as everything is practically on the doorstep.
