If youre looking for a spacious, quiet and relaxing space during the week then look no further. I have a very large double bedroom available in my recently refurbished 3 bedroom house. Youre welcome to share the kitchen with me, and I am happy to set up a TV in your room if you want it. Im looking for a professional who is friendly, tidy and respectful. The monthly rent is £650 per month which includes all bills (Although I would like the contribution of £30 for the cleaner.)

It takes only 10-15 minutes to get to London Bridge and is great place to live for commuters to the city and west end. My house is just five minutes walk from Hither Green station, which has excellent transport links into London Bridge, London Waterloo East, London Charring Cross and London Cannon Street. Hither Green is a pretty spot with cafe's and a lovely pub. The house is right next to a beautiful park with a river running through it, a lake, tennis courts and a library. It is a lovely community and there are lots of facilities nearby, plus it is only a 20 minute walk to Blackheath where you'll find restaurants, shops and the common.
