The room overlooks the garden. It has a small double bed, double wardrobe with large drawers, armchair, table, plenty of shelves and full length mirror. This is in a three bedroom Victorian house. The bathroom is next-door to the room to be let. There is a large kitchen/diner offering the usual amenities. Large reception room and music room with piano. We are a recently retired couple . We are very much involved in the arts: classical music, theatre, singing, writing, cooking. We speak fluent french as we have lived abroad. We are looking for a professional person who is friendly and considerate.

The proerty is situated between Nunhead and Brockley stations, a 13 min. walk. Nunhead trains go to Victoria, Blackfriars and St. Pancras. Brockley goes to London Bridge and has the Overground going north towards Canada Water for the Jubilee line. We have three bus routes on our doorstep. The area is quiet surrounded by many green spaces.
