3 story house with large living/ kitchen room on the ground floor. The room is on the second floor and has a double bed, built-in wardrobes, desk/dressing table and a wall mounted TV ariel and bracket. The family bathroom is situated next to the room and if required you could have exclusive use. I am happy to supply and launder bedlinen and towels weekly. You would have full access to the kitchen/living area. Occupants are me (52 female) and 17 year old son. I would prefer a quiet person on weekdays but would consider weekends as well for additional cost. Guests welcome upon request in advance - no casual overnight stays.

The house is a few minutes walk to The Heath, 10 minute walk to Greenwich Park and Blackheath train station (overground but Lewisham is 2 minutes and has the DLR) which gets you into London Bridge in 12 minutes. Trains are also available to Canon Street, Charing Cross and Victoria. The village has a good range of bars, restaurants and a few shops for essentials.
