Double Room (for 1) In Islington with Balcony Hi! Im looking for a weekday lodger to rent a room in my flat in Islington. The room is a good size with a balcony (smoking is ok but only on balcony. ) Room has a kettle, and a microwave if you wish. I share the bathroom but as my gym is round the corner I almost never use it... There is a comfortable double bed. You will have your own keys and privacy. Good internet provision included............double glazed windows. Room much bigger than it seems from my picture...................There is a sofa. in room, and a table and chair. Come and have a look, Its free from February 18th onwards.............happy to let it for 1-2 months only.....................longer arrangement is ideal. The room is for one person only. Situation not suitable for a party person. Just for someone who needs to stay in London in the week for work. Thanks NB The bath is great, but the hand held shower that is attached to taps is very very low pressure. Just saying in case you need a power shower....in which case this one is definitely not for you:) NB+: My last lodger stayed 4 nights a week for a year, for work, and has just notified relocation to new town/office. The 4 nights was an ideal arrangement for me...but I am fine if you need 5 nights Monday to Friday - 3 is ok too

Fabulous area...Plenty of buses. Close to Angel Tube. Im in a lovely street with a small Sainsburys store at the end of it.... There are Santander hire bikes at the end of the street too!
