We have a double room available in a friendly shared end of terrace house located within the desirable Maritime Quay . The room has a double bed, wardrobe and shelves. There is a bathroom next to the room that is shared with two others. The house is split over 3 floors, has 5 bedrooms with a large kitchen diner with a cosy conservatory lounge downstairs with Sky+. The house also has wireless broadband. Kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher with a separate laundry room with a washing machine. There is a small paved back garden, great for summer BBQs. There is also a w/c on the ground floor. Bills includes Council Tax, Gas, Electricity, Sky and wireless internet. The fifth room in the house is used as a guest room. Professionals in their late thirties occupy the three other rooms (2 females and 1 male). When we are at home we enjoy chatting over dinner, watching TV or a movie and sharing the occasional glass of wine or two. The room is available from the 15th April but it could be free earlier so please email to arrange a viewing.

Walking distance to Canary Wharf (Jubliee Line/DLR), Greenwich (via foot tunnel). Located by Masthouse Terrace Pier for the Thames Clipper service towards Waterloo/Embankment. Island Gardens/Mudchute DLRs a short walk away and its on the Bus Route for Liverpool Street Station.
