We have two cosy double rooms to rent Monday to Friday on the ground floor of a lovely Victorian house in Ladywell Village in South East London, close to Ladywell Station and with quick and easy access to Central London and Canary Wharf on public transport. The rooms are equipped with a double bed with a very comfortable mattress, wardrobe, plasma TV, bedside table, lamp, bedding and towels. Lodgers will have sole access to a separate newly fitted bathroom. We have a fully equipped large kitchen/diner and the house has high speed fibre optic internet, central heating and all the mod cons. We have just installed new sash windows so the rooms are quiet. There is also a 43ft garden which is part decked and can be used. Getting Around, Ladywell train station is a 3 minute walk away. Trains depart regularly to Waterloo (15 mins), London Bridge (12 mins), Cannon Street and Charing Cross (18 mins) . Lewisham station is a 12 min walk, or a short bus ride away. From here, you can take the DLR train line to Canary Wharf (15 mins), Bank and Stratford (30 mins). Free parking available on Ladywell road and adjacent streets.
