A double room will be available from early February. Our 3 bedroom flat is on the 4th floor of a 1970s block. The rear of the flat offers a lovely south facing view of south London and Canary Wharf. Access is from the door to the block on Mile End Rd. Our flat is a 5 min walk from either Whitechapel, Stepney Green station & Bethnal Green Overground, there are bus stops outside & Bethnal Green Underground station 10mins away. There is a hire bike station is outside our building. The west end is 30 mins away on the tube. Olympic Park including Westfield is 20mins. Shoreditch is 20 mins by foot and 5mins by tube. The Tate Modern is 25mins away. We are also situated on Cycle Super Highway 2. From our location it is easy to use public transport to travel anywhere within Greater London. Our bright and airy 3 bed room is in the heart of the east end the flat is well situated to give you easy access across London. Just 5 mins walk from Whitechapel underground station you can be in central London or the Olympic park in under 30 mins. A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and dining table in kitchen. The sitting room is large bright airy and comfortable with two windows with far reaching views across south and east London. There is a good selection of local cafés, bars, pubs , shops etc. Upstairs has three bedrooms, the master bedroom with a comfortable double bed, large single that extends into a large double, and small single room with very comfortable bed. The bathroom has a shower and heated towel rail with separate toilet adjacent. The flat is carpeted upstairs and tiled floor throughout downstairs, recently refurbished to a high standard, with central heating throughout. Off street, secure parking is available if required. This is a smoke free/pet free home. Other things to note We are surrounded by shops, takeaways, pubs, bars, markets and everything else youd imagine for a central London postcode. Close to the rear of the flat is the fantastic old bakery come cafe Rinkoffs, they brought the Crodough (Cronut) back from America a few years ago. There are plenty of pubs and restaurants of varying qualities locally. The best are Lahore II, a 15 min walk (take your own beer) and the much smaller and family run Tiffin, also 15 mins away. You will be sharing the flat with a young coupe and landlord who will periodically stay on between none and two nights a week.
