Large, bright double bedroom with en-suite bathroom available in Surrey Quays. Excellent transport links : 20 minutes to Canary Wharf by tube or riverboat, 20 minutes to Shoreditch by overground, 25 minutes to Bank or Westminster by tube. The bedroom is fully furnished with a very comfortable double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and an en-suite bathroom. Rent includes all bills, super fast broadband and a fortnightly cleaner who changes sheets and towels (supplied). You are welcome to leave personal possessions over the weekend. The shared living space is a well-equipped open-plan kitchen, dining area and living room area. The flat is south facing so lovely and sunny, and has a small balcony to enjoy morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. It overlooks the block’s private car park so is really peaceful - no traffic noise - and we have very quiet neighbours. There’s no parking attached to the flat, but plenty of on-street non-residents’ parking within a minute’s walk.
