Hello! We have a lovely double room to rent for £900 per month. (deposit £900) Dates room is available: 3rd March. The Place: We have a homely quiet double room available for rent. It comes fully furnished with a kingsize bed, built-in double wardrobe, desk and chair. Its fully furnished with bed linen and weekend cleaning. The bathroom is next to the room which is convenient as we have an en-suite bedroom. Our 2 bedroom apartment is a modern new build and located close to Old St tube station (5 minutes walk). Its on a main road with bedrooms backing onto a private secured courtyard. Were on the 2nd floor which has lift access. Tesco Express is next door which is very handy. We have a balcony off the lounge where you can smoke if you wish. About Us: Were a couple that work in the City of London (we walk to work in 20 minutes) and also work at home. One of us works in Finance and the other develops businesses in Hospitality, Tech and the Creative industry. We work out every morning in the lounge, cook most nights and chill in the lounge area. We travel nearly every month and live a very relaxed life when at home. About You: Were looking for someone who requires a decent private place to call their home away from home. Someone professional like our previous flat mate who works a lot when staying at ours in London and commutes home at the weekends. Old Street is a very vibrant area which is next to trendy Shoreditch and also very close to the City of London. There are lots of interesting local bars, restaurants, with nearby gyms, parks, Regents Canal leading to Angel or London Fields. Transport links are excellent and we're still in Zone 1.
