- Lovely room in a period house in quiet street off Upper Street. The room has a double bed, fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers, bookshelf and lamps. - The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, tumble drier, fridge freezer, cooker, microwave, kettle and crockery etc. - The bathroom has a power shower. - There is high speed wifi. - There is a reception space with dining table and chairs, sofa and TV. - Room would suit someone clean, independent and respectful, that doesnt work from home. Someone that likes to use their home-space to relax. - There is a regular cleaner but I expect you to tidy after yourself when using the kitchen. - I work in the west end and have a small business. Most of my time is taken up with this but when I am off I like to go the the gym, travel, watch TV/ films, and catch up with friends. - I am looking for a clean and tidy professional who works ‘normal’ hours i. e. out of the house during the day. - The level of interaction we have is up to you – I am happy to have a chat, cup of tea/ glass of wine together. Likewise I am respectful of personal space and also happy if you just want to relax separately in the living space or in your room. - Occasional weekend stays possible by negotiation

Fantastic location, with Upper Streets amenities on your door step, including cafés, pubs/ bars, shops, supermarkets (Tesco and Sainsbury), cinema (Screen on the Green), etc. The lovely Regents canal is a few minutes away as are lots of small green spaces. Highbury Fields and its leisure centre are less than 10 minutes away. Angel tube station (Northern line) is a 7 minute walk and Highbury & Islington (Victoria line) is a 9 minute walk. It is well connected for bus and cycle routes into the City, Westend, East London.
