Full Description

Hello! I'm Martine and 29 years old, with a double room to rent in my 3 bedroom apartment in Greenwich. ALL BILLS INC. IN PRICE. The room is furnished with a king size bed, small tv, and wardrobe space with it's own private balcony and WC (next door not en suite). You will have shared access to the kitchen (with dishwasher/washer/dryer), bathroom, fibre optic broadband, and communal roof terrace space along with me and my 4 year old daughter, who splits the week between here and her Dad's place. The living area is not a shared space. I'm happy for you to redecorate the room to your taste but net curtains are a defo no-no! The apartment block is located within a 2 minute walking distance of Deptford train station, an 8 minute walk from Deptford, Cutty Sark, and Greenwich DLR stations, and Greenwich mainline station, and a 10-15 minute walk to New Cross station. There is also a bus stop serving the 47, 199, and 188 (two are 24hrs) right outside the property. The two other bedrooms in the property are occupied by myself and my daughter so there will be no additional lodgers. The property is located opposite a lovely park, which the room's balcony/windows look on to, and backs on to the river front. We are also within 10min walking distance of Greenwich Park, The Cutty Sark, and all the other beautiful attractions in Greenwich Town Centre. There are 2 local leisure centres, 4 local gyms (I am a member at one of them), vintage shops, food markets, and endless bars/restaurants in the local area. I'm a very busy working mum, and run a home-based childcare business whereby children may be present any time between 8am and 7pm mon-fri, although ideally you'll work full-time so this shouldn't impact you. My own little girl (when here) is in bed by 7.30pm. I am very sociable, I love good music and a drink (!) but do also enjoy my own space. I'm happy for you to do your thing and invite friends etc. to visit as long as you remain respectful. Also due to the nature of my job, you will need to provide a recent DBS check that satisfies Ofsted requirements on moving in, the cost for which will be taken from the deposit (£53). Thanks
