I have a large double bedroom in a spacious 2 bed Victorian house - wood floors throughout and original Victorian period features. The house has a huge garden to relax in and is located in a quiet street - 2 minutes’ walk to the river, perfect for an evening stroll or dinner overlooking the Thames. The large double bedroom has 2 sections – double bedroom area with Victorian period fireplace and walk in wardrobe areas, perfect for extra space or office area if wanted, with view of the garden and lovely skylight. This would be your home during the week - wed share the house - living room, dining area (also ideal for working from home), large kitchen, huge garden with garden furniture, and large bathroom with separate bath and shower. You are welcome to leave your things in the bedroom over the weekend. Friends / clients are welcome to visit the house. I have bedding, towels, all kitchen equipment already stocked. I am a live in landlord and work in central London, am busy most days of the work week - so half the time, youd have the house mostly to yourself. I am a chilled, friendly professional – clean, tidy and quiet – have shared for years so very easy going. The bedroom is ideal for a Monday to Friday professional (male or female) who works in Canary Wharf or central London who needs a London base to commute to work during the working week but has their main home outside of the city. All bills included – including broadband, cleaner etc as well as all household toiletries and sundries, of which I will ensure are stocked up for both of us. Excellent transport links to the city - 15 mins to Canary Wharf , 5 mins to North Greenwich (Jubilee Line), 15 mins on the main line (Maze Hill) to London Bridge, 20 mins to Cannon Street, 30 mins to Waterloo. Docklands Light Railway is available and and Thames Clippers if you want the riverboat. The house is 1 min to the Greenwich Centre Gym and Drs surgery, 10 mins to Greenwich Park and Observatory and Greenwich town centre - a really excellent location.
