A quiet, fully-furnished double room in a new flat in Angel. The room has a brand-new double bed, double wardrobe and storage chest. New bed linen is provided. The room is very clean and quiet, cool in summer and warm in winter. The building has good security and an elevator. This room would best suit a professional female or male. I am a female and I have two cats (who are clean, well-trained, and not allowed in the guest bedroom). I work long hours, Monday to Friday, and am looking for a lodger who would like to stay during the week. I am flexible about weekends and holidays.

The flat is very spacious, with a large lounge/kitchen and shared bathroom. I am out of the house by 7.30am so you will have plenty of time to have the bathroom and house to yourself. There is a balcony so you can enjoy the view, or sit out there if you are a smoker. The flat is right beside Angel Tube station and 10 minutes walk to King’s Cross so rail transport is very close. Likewise, there are numerous buses and the City of London is a 20 minute walk. The area is extremely safe, day and night, and taxi transport is easily available and inexpensive. Also, the flat is right beside Upper Street, for restaurants and bars, and there are supermarkets, banks and high street shops within a 5 minute walk. Shoreditch is a 5 minute bus ride. The flat has fast wi-fi and all bills are included. There is a new washing machine and dishwasher, gas hob and electric oven, microwave and fridge/freezer. The flat has double-glazing so it is warm and quiet. There is plenty of storage space and lots of hot water for showers or baths.
