Fully furnished annexe with private access. Kitchenette, en-suite shower room and private patio. Wifi, smart TV and Nespresso coffee machine. Towels, bedding, pans, crockery, cutlery etc all included. The annexe is attached to our family home on a pleasant residential street close to Blackheath and Greenwich. We live there with our two sons aged eleven and eight. Were looking for an individual who just wants a quiet self-contained base in London on weekday nights.

The property is a ten minute walk from Kidbrooke train station with regular trains to central London - 15 mins to London Bridge, 20 mins to Cannon Street/Waterloo & 28 mins to Victoria. Next to Kidbrooke station is the newly developed Kidbrooke Village, with amenities including a Sainburys Local, cafe and David Lloyd gym. There is also a small reasonably priced gym on our road (linked to a rugby club). For Canary Wharf there is a direct bus service to North Greenwich (15 mins) which is one tube stop to Canary Wharf. We are one mile from the centre of Blackheath village, with it's many restaurants and pubs, and two miles from historic Greenwich. By road, we are just off the A2 south of the Blackwall tunnel.
