Beautiful double bedroom with your own bathroom. The house is located around Caledonian area, London. It is available to rent from the end of October, however, I can be flexible with the entry day. The house is in a residential area facing Caledonian Park. The flat is 7 minutes walking distance to Caledonian underground station and numerous day and night buses. You also can walk to Camden Town, Holloway road and King Cross, where you can find pubs, bars, shops, gym and banks. There is a supermarket an other shops just round the corner. It is a new brand flat and the room is fully refurnished. The flat is warm and very comfortable, with brand new boiler, wood floor in the common areas, tiles in the bathroom and carpet in the bedrooms. It is a no smokers flat, however if you smoke you can do it outside in the balcony. You will share the flat with me and my pug dog Coco. It is essential that you love animals. Remember, this is Cocos house, she lives here with us and she needs to be treated with love and respect. I am clean and tidy. We do not do parties at home, only friends dinners sometimes. £800 per month all bills included, plus a lady that comes to clean the house every other Thursday morning, in this way we will not have problems regarding the house cleaning. Just keep your room, bathroom and common areas clean and tidy and we will be fine. Security deposit: £300. A letter from your employer confirming you have a full-time permanent job might be required.
