Full Description

The room that is being offered is at the back of a double fronted Victorian house. There is a comfortable double bed, wardrobe, shelves and chest of drawers in the room. You will be able to use the well equipped kitchen and dining room as well as laundry room. The bathroom has a shower as well as a bath and is only used by one other person. The house is used by one other Monday to Friday lodger, myself and my husband who is disabled. An integral part of the household are the cats and 2 friendly dogs. There is a large jungle like garden at the back of the house.

Goldsmith University is in the heart of New Cross and therefore there is a vibrant feeling to the neighborhood. There is an eclectic mix of pubs and restaurants. The Curzon cinema is at Goldsmiths showing two films daily. There is also a gym in Goldsmiths and also close by in Deptford. Transport links are great Overland connections to Jubilee line and overground trains to Cannon street and London Bridge from either New Cross or New Cross gate stations.
