A trendy neighbourhood, ideal for commuters into the city, West End or Shoreditch, the street adjoins Brick Lane and includes a city farm and local park. The flat is split over two levels. To live with three young professionals from Austria, Czech and Portugal, fun, interesting, warm and at least one amazing cook! This is a weekday only rental, as the room has the exclusive access to the garden, and thus your flatmates will be able to enjoy the garden during the weekends during the summer months. However, we are flexible over weekend staying, as long as we have access to the garden. Please note there is no sitting room, as your bedroom will magically transform back into the sitting room when you leave! The bed is currently a sofa bed, but is upgradable if requested. The patio garden, like the bedroom, is south facing, and is a beautiful, peaceful leafy oasis of calm. It includes a full folded-up table tennis table and foldable chairs and table and a sunlounge. Full mod cons including washer dryer, dishwasher, full oven, microwave and bath and shower. If your letting requirements dont exactly fit the six months let we are seeking, please still get in touch and we can negotiate. All bills are included.

Brick Lane is at the end of the street, five minutes walk. This is the coolest part of town! In ten minutes walk you can be in Spitalfields Market, the City, Liverpool Street Station, Columbia Road Flower Market or Shoreditch and Old Street. The nearest tube station is Whitechapel, 7 minutes walk. There is a new gym across the road from the flat.
