We have a fully furnished, large, airy double room in a period house with lots of character. We would like to rent the room for 3 -4 nights a week. The room is spacious and recently redecorated and includes: TV, sofa, drawers, coat rack, cupboards, good internet access and double bed with new mattress. The main bathroom is next to the room you would be renting but there is a 2nd toilet so no queues! You would be sharing the house with a hardworking freelance couple in their late 30s and early 40s - both working in the arts. Non-smoking household, but smokers could make use of the garden if required. You would have access to sitting room, kitchen, bathroom and toilet, conservatory and the garden. The kitchen and bathroom are freshly redecorated. Available immediately.

The house is perfectly located - every direction there is something interesting and useful. The house is off Columbia Road where there are bars, shops and restaurants. The top of Brick Lane is a few minutes walk. Hoxton and Shoreditch High Street Stations are a 5-10 minute walk. Old Street Station is a 10 minutes walk and Liverpool Street is a 15 minute walk. There are too many buses to mention! Perfect for someone working in the city or anywhere east.
