Beautiful basement flat with a large lounge and airy, light courtyard. We even can include a parking space in W2 outside the flat! Our kitchen is fully-equipped with all you need and we have utility cupboard with a tumble dryer and a washing machine. The room to let is a double with exclusive use of the 'family' bathroom (our room has an en-suite). We have a chest of draws and clothes rail in your room but furniture is negotiable. We are a quiet couple (32 yrs old) who work long hours (and I travel quite regularly) so you will rarely see us during the weekdays, we just ask for a deposit, one month’s rent in advance, someone who's tidy & respects one another’s privacy.

Quiet private road sheltered from the main Westbourne Terrace road by a garden strip. Paddington tube and rail station (including Heathrow Express clearly) is less than a 5 minute walk away, Lancaster Gate and Bayswater tubes are less than 10 minutes. The street lose to nice restaurants on Bishops Bridge road and Queensway (itself being done up via Qatari investment) and the flat is also a very short walk from Hyde Park. Neighbours are pleasant and it’s a safe area.
