Now apologies re the photos - the apartment had just been painted. The apartment is generously spacious with lots of natural light, complete with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a bright kitchen (with dishwasher), living and dining room area. The bedroom available to rent is a great size and comes fully furnished with a double bed, large chest of drawers, side table and a wall to ceiling cupboard. Plus, you will have your own bathroom! The apartment is well located between Angel, Shoreditch and Old Street, is a two minute walk from Dalston Junction Station and further bus connections are really good.
What I am searching for is friendly new housemate who is genuinely happy and lives a busy life. Someone who is relatively clean in the communal areas and likes to keep the party out of the house rather than bring it home.

About me
34 year old Australian female (super chill).
I work in Finance and tend to spend my free time either catching up with friends (few nights mid-week), at the gym (five sessions a week) and generally out on the weekends (either travelling or out with friends). When I am home, I tend to relax on the couch watching TV.
