I have a large (very by London standards) double room, fully furnished with built in cupboards. There are two bathrooms a study and a single other male professional sharer. There is a huge leafy garden and newly refurbished kitchen / diner with marble counters and a large lounge. The house is 2-3 min walk to Stockwell station on the Northern and Victoria lines. The house is very big and the photos do it no justice. I am looking after the property for friends and it has been priced as a rental at £2,500 pcm. The reduced rent is so that I can share with just a single, considerate person who wants to live in a beautiful property with all the mod cons and comfort, and have a lot of space and privacy if needed. Im, very active and like to cycle and go to the gym quite a bit during the week. I generally keep a low profile during the week as I have a very busy job, but would also be nice to have someone whos up for sharing a glass of wine / beer from time to time. All bills and cleaner included.

Less than 5 min walk to Northern and Victoria lines which will get you into central London in 15-20 minutes. Clapham Common and numerous bars and restaurants are within easy reach.
