Hi There. I have a bright, furnished, double bedroom in my flat in Mayfair available now. In the room there is a writing desk, chair, two bedside tables with two bedside lights, laminated flooring, a floor lamp, shelving units, a double wardrobe and a smart TV. There is also coffee and tea making facilities. The room is clean and you will have shared use of the washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and fridge.. You will also have shared use of the bathroom, kitchen-diner and roof garden. There is no separate living room however the kitchen doubles as a lounge.. You would share with only me, a professional creative in my 50’s. I’m generally a sociable , outgoing person who enjoys going to the theatre, seeing friends/family and watching natural history programs.. That said I do enjoy my quiet times. As I am self employed I work all over London, however some of that work is administrative which I do in my room at home. I’m looking for someone between the ages of thirty to fifty, who is easy to get on with. Although the flat is in the West End, it is relatively quiet and a stones throw away from the Royal Parks, where you can go for long walks or walk the short distance to enjoy the citys nightlife in Soho. At the weekend the room will be in use.

The nearest tube is Bond Street (Central and Jubilee Line) which is less than a 5 minute walk. The flat is very close to Oxford Street, Berkeley Square, Soho, Hyde Park, The West End and has good travel links into the city and connections to all over London. There are nearby shopping facilities at Tesco Metro, Waitrose, Sainsbury’s and Marks & Spencer’s. There are also nearby gyms not more than a 10 minute walk and nearby swimming pools.
