We are looking for a midweek tenant (not full-time) to rent our newly refurbished studio in Zone 1 on Fentiman Road — well-known for the lovely Fentiman Arms pub. The studio is situated between Vauxhall and Oval tube stops (5 mins to Green Park, 9 mins to Bank), and a stone’s throw from the Oval cricket ground. The studio is fully equipped with a brand new small kitchen, bathroom and built in wardrobe. Wi-Fi and bills included. There is also an off street parking space on site (outside congestion zone) by separate negotiation. This would be the perfect pied-a-terre for professionals living outside of London required to work in London for a few days a week and needing a place to stay on a regular basis.
