Quiet Lodgings Sought By Architect
Hello,
Ill be working at a practice in Islington for a few months and would like to find lodgings ideally for Sunday through Wednesday nights, although Monday through Wednesday would also work just as well. Ill be based in the studio for typical extended office hours and will be returning to my home in Wales straight after work on each Thursday.

Hi
My name is Maike (f, German). I am looking for a short term accommodation from 23rd June – 31st August (dates are still a bit flexible).
My total budget is 550pcm but would be happier finding somewhere between 400-500pcm, all bills included.
I am looking for a place that is ideally on the Northern Line (Bank branch) as I do work at London Bridge/Tower Bridge and use King’s Cross Station a lot in order to travel to Yorkshire on weekends. However, I am happy to look at other places if it is still easy to get to/from King’s Cross.
I usually stay in Yorkshire with my partner on most of my weekends and come back to London on Sunday nights/Monday mornings just in time for the working week. Nonetheless, there might be an occasional weekend when I would like to stay in London and meet friends in town if this would be possible.
During the week, I am an Account Manager in a Marketing Agency and usually work long hours at the office or meet up with friends after work in central London.
I am clean, friendly, open-minded and responsible person and I am looking for a NON-smoker house!

I am very clean, tidy and easy going, would love to share ideally with an older lady who would appreciate the company. I work long hours and really just require somewhere clean and comfortable with preferably a nice bathroom to use. I am very respectful and thoughtful. My work is my priority so I would like a room in a property that is stress and hassle free. My working hours are roughly 10am-7pm. - Within 20 minutes walking distance to Finsbury Square
- Within 5 minutes to a tube where I can get a 15-20 minute journey to either Liverpool Street or Moorgate
- Within 10 minutes to a tube I can get a 20-35 minute journey to either Liverpool Street or Moorgate
