Senior Professional, Family Man
Male seeking a double room in a mixed property.
I am a mature, business professional from York and I need a permanent Monday to Friday base very close to Kings Cross with a single (preferred) or couple owner-occupier. I am the MD of European operations for a US software company with a Kings Cross office and expanding across Europe. So the good news is I will often actually be away travelling on business or on holiday. When I am in London it will be Monday to Wednesday or Thursday nights.
I am happily married with two children who are in final stages of university education. I am a non-smoker, tidy and very low impact as a house mate. In the evenings I will sometimes be out with friends or at a work do, exercising in the gym or running in the park, or if I am in, catching up on work, admin or just going to bed early! I like to watch the odd football match if its on TV but I am generally not a big TV watcher.
I have been doing this type of job and weekly commute for about 8 years and I was at my last place in Fulham for 7 years until my landlady sold her house and I’ve changed jobs so need somewhere more north. She will happily be a reference.
So in summary, I am going to hardly there, pretty invisible when I am and the ideal Mon-Fri tenant.
It would be nice if my wife could stay the odd night she comes to town if we not staying with friends, which is rare (3-4 nights a year).
I want to find a good place I can ideally take for a long period of time, assuming it works for everyone. Can start now or over the summer. Thanks! Tim
