The Room
A lovely room in a 2 bedroom Maisonette in leafy Balham, close to Tooting Common. Looking ideally for someone who just needs a room Mon-Thursday or 2/3 nights a week. It is a shared bathroom with a shower. The room has a double pull out bed, wardrobe and shelves. It is very quiet.
The Household
One female and her cat. I work from home most days so need someone who will be out during the day for work. I spend my evenings /early mornings at the gym and the evenings relaxing at home. I am quite an early to bed and early riser so someone who would suit that pattern. Rent will depend on number of nights but roughly £60 per night
Location
The home is 15 minute walk to Balham for the underground/overground and about the same distance to Streatham hill.. The Common is very close by and all the amenities of Balham and the Streatham high road are also very close. It is a quiet leafy neighbourhood. It is permit parking only but there are areas nearby where you can find a parking spot.
