House located in quite nice area. Very close to shopping centre 20mins walk or by car 5mins with lots shops n restaurants. Train station only 10mins walking 8 n tram line 20mins walk. Will take 20mins to go to Birmingham city centre.You will have full access to a spacious, fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room, and a lovely garden.
