A wonderful house in an excellent location, central to transport links and local high streets and shops. Your room (on the ground floor) has a double bed, sash double glazed window, clothes storage, TV, black out blinds and a desk area. En-suite included for all your needs (toilet, sink, walk in shower) - both bedroom and bathroom have full central heating. Toiletries are available if required. Guests can indulge in culinary delights with the kitchen's premium appliances, including an air fryer and SAGE coffee machine, and enjoy the convenience of a personal fridge. The two living areas provide versatile spaces for relaxation, whether you're enjoying a quiet read or watching your favourite shows.

Please respect our home and maintain the peaceful environment, particularly during evening hours. One person working from home and one working shifts (including nights) There are two resident dogs (both medium size) who love a fuss.
