The Room
Fabulous first floor double room with ensuite bathroom and private terrace off the bedroom, in a double fronted victorian house 30 seconds from Clapham Common and 5 - 10 mins walk from Clapham Junction. Clapham Common tube station is 15 mins walk or 5 min bus journey. The house is on a quiet leafy road, despite its proximity to the Common. We have one aged cat! The bedroom is quiet, at the back of the house and gets afternoon sun onto the terrace. We are looking for a Monday to Friday let for a professional who is not working from home. Shared use of a lovely kitchen with all amenities. And a small garden. Five minutes walk from the Northcote road with plenty of pubs and restaurants and shops. Its a great area.

Five to ten mins walk from Clapham Junction with trains to all over the South West and ten minute train ride to Waterloo. Five mins walk from Northcote road with restaurants, shops and pubs. Busses to Westminster and the West end and Kings Road, run every few minutes from stops a few mins walk from the house. Thirty second walk to Clapham Common.
