The Room
A very cosy box room, with workdesk and chest of drawers and hanging facilities and wall cabinets. There is also a mini kettle and cups and asorted teas in the room. The room comes with bed linen and towels. Very quiet room because of cork insulation. The room has a raised platform that function as bed. Also the bed is at the level of window so you have the maximum benefit of your panoramic view of Regent's Park and beyond because my flat is a little penthouse on the 10th floor, topfloor. So very private and airy and plenty of light and very sunny too.( when it is sunny)
The Household
I am a single male.I am very clean & tidy & very quiet & private. And respect the privacy of my lodgers. I work part-time from home and part-time in the studio. I also do daily training in Regent's Park that is only 5-10 walk from my flat.
Other
All bills are included. There is no access to a livingroom. You have access to the kitchen and bathroom. Limited cooking, meaning, no use of the cooking hob or oven. You can use the kitchen for having your meals on the breakfast table, you can make meals, use of microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge. There is always bottled still water for you to use. Also, this is a shoe free flat, please respect this. I have been hosting for 15 years, so out of experience I had to set some of these house rules. Please consider this. I live on Regent's Park Estate. What is a very leafy and quiet Estate, 1min walk from Albany Str. Nearest tube station is Great Portland Street, and 2 bus stops all within a 5-10min walk from flat. There are two independent supermarkets,2 hairdressers, launderette,dry cleaners, postoffice, pharmacy,Greg's, organic shop/cafe,and 2 off-licences across my building.
